Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act from the day you received your order.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you need to contact us via info@thevelvetmask.se before returning the item.

Undantag från ångerrätt

For hygiene and health reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to intimate products where the seal, tamper-evident seal or protective packaging has been broken after delivery.

 

This applies even if the product has not been used.

 

This exemption is applied in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.

Skick vid retur

For a return to be approved, the product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Be in an unchanged and resalable condition

Returns that do not meet the above requirements cannot be approved.

Återbetalning

Once the return has been received and approved, the amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than within the timeframe stipulated by law.

Complaint

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Selling Act.

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to intimate products where the seal or packaging has been broken, for hygienic reasons.

6. Reklamation

If a product is faulty or damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and we will assist you further in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.
