1. General

These terms and conditions apply to purchases made through The Velvet Mask. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms.

 

The Velvet Mask is operated by Nordlume Group AB.

 

We reserve the right to update the terms and conditions as needed. The version that applies is the one published at the time of purchase.

2. Age requirement

För att handla hos oss måste du vara minst 18 år.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in SEK including VAT.
Payment is made via the payment methods offered at checkout.

 

We reserve the right to correct any incorrect prices or product descriptions.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Sweden with discreet packaging.
Delivery time is specified at the time of order.

5. Right of withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Selling Act.

 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to intimate products where the seal or packaging has been broken, for hygienic reasons.

6. Complaint

In case of a faulty product, please contact us as soon as possible. We adhere to the Consumer Sales Act.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages caused by the use of our products. The products must be used according to the manufacturer's instructions.

8. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Disputes should primarily be resolved through dialogue with us. You can also contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
